So my son was turned 12 in August and was obsessed with Fortnite ( along with every other kid his age). We decided to throw him the ultimate Fortnite party. Since there are not a lot of stores selling Fortnite party decorations we opted to make our own.
We have a huge Pinata store Gosa Pinatas in Santa Ana that makes incredible pinatas. Anything you can dream up they can make. They were freshly stocked with huge Llama Pinatas from Fortnite.

We found some awesome ideas, some better than others. For example the DIY Treasure Chest cooler, not such a great idea. It looked really cool and it worked to hold all the water guns for the water gun fight but don’t use the tacks! They fall out so easily or maybe glue them in so they stay in place. Lesson learned!
Our favorite thing to make was the Toilet Sponger Weapon ( aka Plunger Harvesting Tool). It was Jeremiah’s idea to make one so we went to the 99 cent store and found the toiler sponger. We had an old sword in our old weapon bin in the garage. He had the idea of how it should look and be made so I let him rummage through our collection of old spray paints. I helped me to spray the sword. He cut a hole wide enough through the toilet sponger to fit the sword and Voil-la Toilet Sponger weapon, I mean ahem Plunger Harvesting Tool complete. It turned out great!
